Set in the heart of an organic farm that has been nurtured for generations, our restaurant celebrates the seasons and the incredible produce grown, reared, and foraged right here. From pasture to plate, every ingredient tells a story of sustainability, respect for nature, and a deep connection to the countryside around us.

Led by Chef Patron Doug Crampton and our passionate team, we craft menus that champion flavour, creativity, and a true farm-to-fork experience. Whether it’s heritage beef from our meadows, vegetables grown just a stone’s throw away, or wild herbs gathered from the hedgerows, each dish reflects the care, integrity, and joy at the heart of Gazegill.
